A new chapter began in 2019 when Joji and Nona Panlilio acquired Fil Cuisine. With a vision to elevate the restaurant, they brought fresh energy and innovative ideas while honoring the traditions that made Fil Cuisine a household name. Joji and Nona are passionate about maintaining the authenticity of our menu, ensuring that classic Filipino dishes like adobo, sinigang, and lechon are prepared with the same love and care.
